Welcome
to the Northumberland
Street Association website.
Northumberland Street, one of the
principal thoroughfares in James Craig's Edinburgh New Town, is one of
several streets represented by the Northumberland Street Association.
Other streets are Nelson Street, Northumberland Place, Dublin Mews and four
lanes to the North and South of Northumberland Street.
This website aims
to be the focal point for information issue and interchange for the Association, providing a variety of
information and services to members, and a shop window
to all on the worldwide web. Please
contact us if you wish
to contend, comment, contribute or congratulate.

Refuse, Refuse, Refuse
Refuse collection times
are now
Tuesday and Friday evenings, some time after 6.30pm.
Bags should be hung on the railings whether or not they contain edible
material, as gulls seem to attack all available bags irrespective of the
contents. We would prefer that you use the Food
Waste Bins for edible waste, but if not please double bag your black bag
contents.
